I’m Kristi Worful, and my work is devoted to guiding people through moments of deep transition, awakening, and remembrance, when something inside knows it’s time to live, create, and lead from a more authentic place.
For over two decades, I’ve explored the inner landscape of human experience through personal development, somatic and energetic healing, consciousness studies, and embodied spiritual practice. My path began with a degree in Business Marketing and the launch of my first business at 21, but what truly shaped my work was the realization that success without soul feels incomplete. I felt called to bridge the worlds of inner transformation and outer creation, and that calling has guided everything I’ve built since. I love using business creation as a spiritual practice and a “dojo” for self mastery.
I’m a lifelong student of the wisdom that lives in the body, the heart, and the unseen layers of our experience. My approach weaves together somatic awareness, meditation, breath and sound, HeartMath coherence, intuitive development, and ceremonial practices rooted in earth based and indigenous traditions. These modalities are not tools I apply to others. They are living practices I embody and continually refine.
As a mentor for Transcendence, I hold space for people to soften and learn how to trust themselves again, not just intellectually, but viscerally, so their choices, creations, and relationships come from alignment rather than pressure or fear.
I believe transformation happens when we feel safe enough to tell the truth, slow down enough to listen inward, and brave enough to follow what our heart already knows. Whether you are here to heal, to lead, to create, or to step into a new chapter of life, my role is to walk beside you, offering clarity, presence, and a steady invitation back to your own wisdom.
